  1. Ensure that the lenses of the 6 Vision boxes are clean and in good condition. If needed, use a clean cloth and glass cleaning fluid to clean them.

Do not use a pressure washer to clean the optics.

The two end flash boxes cannot be accessed at this point; therefore, they can only be cleaned after lowering the modules.

  1. Lower the rear three-point hitch so that the wheels of the center module touch the ground.

  1. Set up the rear three-point hitch in the working position, meaning using the oblong mounting hole for the top link hitch.

INFORMATION

The top link hitch should be in the middle of the oblong hole when the machine is flat, to allow the machine to follow the slope of the ground.

  1. Adjust the parallelism of the central module with respect to the ground:

    1. Adjust the height of the three-point hitch so that the pin on the upper center arm is in the middle of the slotted hole.

    2. Adjust the tractor lift stop so that the covers are parallel to the ground.

    3. Visually check for parallelism.

  1. Unlock the safety hooks on the modules.

  1. Raise the rear three-point hitch.

  1. Lower the side modules.

  2. Clean the optics of the end flash units if necessary.


  1. Adjust the height of the side wheels to match the height of the center module wheels.

  1. Adjust the horizontal position of the wheels. Tightening and loosening is done with a 17 mm | 0.67 in open-end wrench.

  1. Configure the wheel steering mode:

    1. Swivel wheels: grassland

    2. Fixed wheels: field crops, weeded crops or vegetables.

  1. Lower the sprayer until the wheels touch the ground.

  1. Adjust the height of the spray booms so that the lower part of the nozzles is 20 cm | 7.87 in vertically away from the surfaces to be treated. Adjust the height to the stage of development of the crop.

  1. The lifting system of the spray booms is actuated:

    1. By the button at the back of each module (raising and lowering the booms).

    2. On the tablet with the AutoBar function, which automatically and continuously adjusts all the booms to within 26 cm | 10.24 in of the target to be treated.

The AutoBar function cannot be used to avoid obstacles (stones, branches, etc.).
