Cleaning in a leak tight area
WARNING

Comply with all local road laws when transporting or moving agricultural machines on public roads.
INFORMATION

The watertight area must be connected to an active slurry tank or treatment system.

Use suitable containers to collect the spray liquid residues.
Before moving to a watertight site
-
Make sure the pump is switched off.
-
Set the valves to Cleaning machine position mode.

Start the pump.
-
Activate Flushing mode on the app and spray for 6 minutes over a non-crop area.
On a watertight site
-
Make sure the pump is switched off.
-
Connect the mixture tank to a recovery system using the drain connector located under the tank.

Open the drain valve and drain the remaining spray mixture. ⚠️ Do not close the drain valve.
-
Rinse the agitation system with 20 L | 5,3 US gal of water in each agitation zone, with the valves set as follows:
Valve A : position X
Valve C : position 6
Valve D : position 100%

Set the valves to Fill position mode.

Start the pump and fill the spray tank with 30 L | 8 US gal of water.

Switch the pump off and close the drain valve of the spray tank.
-
Start the pump and fill the spray tank with 30 L | 8 US gal of water in Fill position mode and add detergent.
Follow the manufacturer’s recommended dosage.

Switch the pump off and set the valves to Spraying position mode.
-
Start the pump and agitate for 5 minutes.
-
Activate Flushing mode on the app and spray until the pump is primed out.

Switch the pump off and set the valves to Fill position mode
-
Start the pump and fill the spray tank with 40 L | 10 US gal of water.
-
Switch the pump off and set the valves to Spraying position mode.
-
Start the pump and agitate for 5 minutes.
-
Activate Flushing mode and spray until the pump is primed out.

Repeat steps 9 to 11 with 30 L | 8 US gal of water.

Clean the filters (Cleaning).
-
Check the nozzles (Nozzle check).
Cleaning in the field
INFORMATION
We strongly advise against cleaning the machine in the field. This procedure requires a considerable amount of time and water. It is advisable to clean the machine in a sealed area.
The machine is cleaned in 4 dilutions, with the following volumes of rinse water:

Calculate residual volume:

Vres = dead volume (12.5 litres | 3.3 US gal) + tank bottom volume
-
Rinse water volume 1 = Vwater_1 = Vres × 5
-
Rinse water volume 2 = Vwater_2 = Vres × 4 (+ detergent)
-
Rinse water volume 3 = Vwater_3 = Vres × 3
-
Rinse water volume 4 = Vwater_4 = Vres × 3
-

Make sure the pump is switched off.

Position the valves:

Valve A : position X
-
Valve C : position 6
-
Valve D : position 100%
-
-
Turn on the pump.
-
Fill the mixture tank with 10 % of Vwater_1.
-
Turn off the pump.
-
Set the valves to Fill position mode.
-
Turn on the pump.
-
Fill the mixture tank with the remaining Vwater_1.
-
Turn off the pump.
-
Set the valves to Spraying position mode.
-
Turn on the pump.
-
Leave to work for 10 minutes.

On the app, activate the Flushing mode and spread the diluted product while driving at least 8 km/h over an untreated area.

Drive until the pressure drops.
-
Deactivate the Flushing mode.
-
Repeat operations 2 to 16 with Vwater_2, adding detergent.
Follow the manufacturer's recommended dosages.

Repeat operations 2 to 16 with Vwater_3.
-
Repeat operations 2 to 16 with Vwater_4.
-
Turn off the pump.
-
Clean the filters (Cleaning).
-
Check the nozzles (Nozzle check).
