Mixture preparation

WARNING

INTRODUCTION

The preparation of the spray mixture can be done in the designated mixing area or directly in the field.


  1. Make sure the pump is switched off.

  2. Fill the main tank with clean water, using the volume required to prepare a spray mixture for the entire treatment.

  3. Add 200 L | 53 US gal of additional water for the final rinsing and 15 L | 4 US gal of water in the rinse tank in case of skin contact with plant protection products.

  4. Wear the necessary PPE for handling plant protection products.

  1. Set the valves in Fill position mode.

  1. Reset flow meter.

  2. Engage the pump and transfer the required volume of water into the mixture tank using the flow meter.

  3. Switch the pump off.

  4. Set the valves to Mixture Prep position mode.

  5. Engage the pump.

  6. Agitate (Agitation).

  7. Switch the pump off.
